We will hold your personal data in either electronic or physical format.  Electronic data is held within our computers which are security protected and backed up on a regular basis.  Physical data is held in specific locations relating to the data, in a secure environment as required.

 

How will your information be used and who might we share it with?:

The information we collect will be used to provide goods and services as requested and to allow regular business communications to occur, including making and received payments.  Employee data will be used to comply with legislation, for payroll, tax and workplace pension matters.

We may share your data with other third parties in order to fulful the services requested or our legal and regulatory requirements including but not limited to Police Authorities, DVLA, HMCTS, DWP, workplace pension provider, legal advisors, bank and insurance brokers.

Should we use any third parties to fulfil the services, we undertake to obtain confirmation that they are compliant with the new Data Regulations (GDPR)

The Company is aware of the threats of data security and makes every effort to ensure that data held and processed is secure and that the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure is limited.
