Delivery will be made during normal working hours (09:00–17:00), Monday to Friday.
A specified Timed or AM service can also be selected with our Next Day service to most UK postcodes.
A standard consignment can be delivered up to 72 hours after collection, if your consignment must be delivered on day 3, please state this on delivery documentation.

An AM delivery time slot can be added to a Next Day or Standard service for a small surcharge. General hours of delivery are between 09:00 am and 12:00 noon. Please allow up to 30 mins for completion.
Timed deliveries are available between 10.00am and 15.00pm. Please refer to your tariff for surcharges or call our sales admin on 0800 158 4401. All other Timed delivery requirements are by arrangement only. Please allow half an hour either side of the specified time.
Freightroute can also arrange a delivery directly with your customer at no extra cost. This is called an ‘open booking’ with no specified time agreed. If the consignee requests an AM or Timed delivery slot, surcharges will be implemented if agreed with the consignor.
For a minimal surcharge, you can guarantee your consignment reaches its final destination on a vehicle equipped with a tail lift. This can be requested with any service level and with any timed option. For bulk deliveries please contact your local Freightroute depot as only a small percentage of our trailers have tail lifts.
