Northern Ireland, ROI & EU Exports Updated Guide 7th Jan 2021
Following the reaching of an agreement, Brexit processes have been completed and the new trading and shipping rules now apply to all shipments from and to the EU, with associated changes to shipments to Northern Ireland also.

The guide details all of the information that MUST be provided with every shipment, and details surrounding the process for shipping goods. It is essential that you read the guide and ensure that you meet all information requirements and follow all processes as detailed.
We understand that this is a steep learning curve for the majority of customers, and we are keen to work with you to ensure everybody becomes comfortable with the new requirements and processes as quickly as possible. During this transition period we are already seeing some delays as processes are introduced at Customs and at Ports, and we will expect to see these delays increase in the short term as volumes increase with everyone’s return after the Christmas period – please bear this in mind when managing your customer’s expectations.
